Radovan Popović (Beograd, Srbija) je multidisciplinarni autor koji pronalazi svoj izraz u vizuelnoj poeziji, grafičkoj prozi, stripu, kratkometražnom filmu, slikarstvu, instalacijama itd. Već nekoliko decenija prisutan je na underground sceni samoorganizovanja, samizdata, samostalnih autorskih izdanja, počevši  od početka 80-ih godina, sa punk/hc muzičkom i fanzinskom scenom, dok kasnije aktivno radi na povezivanju strip scena iz zemalja bivše Jugoslavije, Balkana, Evrope.

Osnivač, organizator i učesnik više festivala, izložbi, radionica i umetničkih grupa (Zadruga, Jugoslovenski festival jeftinog filma, 'Xer, SFEF,-+-=+, Novi Autorski Strip u Srbiji, Kraj epizode, Nomad, Kosmoplovci, Studiostrip, Tri dedice, Kooi grupa, Striper, mytaHat, Super, Maschinka distribucija, Komikaze, Matrijaršija, Novo Doba Festival, Art Brut Serbia itd.)

Radovan Popović (Belgrade, Serbia) is a multidisciplinary author who finds his expression in visual poetry, graphic prose, comics, short film, painting, installations, etc. For several decades, he has been present on the underground scene of self-organization, samizdat, independent author publications, starting from the beginning of the 80s, with the punk/hc music and fanzine scene, while later he actively works on connecting comic scenes from the countries of the former Yugoslavia, the Balkans, and Europe.

Founder, organizer and participant of several festivals, exhibitions, workshops and art groups (Cooperative, Yugoslav Festival of Cheap Film, 'Xer, SFEF,-+-=+, New Author's Comic in Serbia, End of Episode, Nomad, Kosmoplovci, Studiostrip, Three Grandfathers , Kooi group, Striper, mytaHat, Super, Maschinka distribution, Komikaze, Matriarchija, Novo Doba Festival, Art Brut Serbia, etc.).
